The sound of footsteps echoed through the still, damp air of the dungeons, causing the five cloaked figures in the only occupied cell to look up as the guard approached.
“Gaston,” said one of the hooded figures, a female, by her voice, “where’s Demyx?”
Gaston’s lips curved into an evil grin above his cleft chin. “He’s made his last Heartless.”
The cloaked woman was silent for awhile, as the other four lowered their heads. One coughed. For a few seconds, all was quiet.
